Our start in 2005

OUR MOTIVATION

The house was built in the 70s as a storage and logistics facility.

When LINDE Industrial Gases moved out in 2002, we began a renovation, inspired by the gentrification of industrial buildings for example in London, Paris and New York.

It was important to us to preserve the industrial character of the property. After completing a substantial refurbishment, we opened in late summer 2005.

Ever since, we have further developed the interior outfit and the technical equipment, always with a focus on the requirements of our guests.
